Each of these consents is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons — by email to sondergeld@duesseldorfer-kulturpanel.de, by telephone on +49 211 566 92 534, or by letter to Christian Sondergeld at the address given in the legal notice. You will suffer no disadvantage. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

What happens now
The link between your access code and your address is deleted once the survey is complete. From that point not even the study management can determine which questionnaire belonged to which address.

We never send your access code by email and never ask for bank details or passwords. The code arrives by post only.
